Ansys Workbench enables connections between analysis systems. For example, a prestressed modal analysis or fluid structure analysis. This capability includes connections to other Ansys products including Ansys CFD products, optimization solutions and external CAD systems. Ansys engineering simulation software is the must-have superpower for solving the world’s most complex design and mission-level challenges. Digital Twin Gold. Ozen Engineering, an Ansys certified elite channel partner, used Ansys Twin Builder to create a digital twin of the Golden Gate Bridge. Ansys DesignXplorer is an integrated Workbench application that leverages the persistent and automated power of Ansys Workbench for parametric analyses. OptiSLang Ansys optiSLang is a design exploration and optimization tool integrated into Workbench that enables engineers and designers to improve and validate product designs with a minimum.

The SimCafe wiki at simcafe.org is being developed at Cornell University as an e-learning resource to integrate industry-standard simulation tools into courses and to provide a resource for supplementary learning outside the classroom. Professors and students around the world use simcafe.org for free to teach and to learn simulations. SimCafe learning modules cover simulation applications in a broad spectrum of subjects: solid mechanics, fluid dynamics, heat transfer and dynamics. In the newer modules, short embedded YouTube videos demonstrate software steps. Users can add comments to modules via an interface to piazza.com. Read more in this article on the ANSYS Blog.

Currently, we have learning modules and tutorials for:

  • Finite-element analysis (FEA) using ANSYS Mechanical
