OneNote was previously excluded from Office 2019 installations. As of March 2020, the OneNote desktop app is once again installed alongside the Word, PowerPoint, and Excel desktop apps. If you need to install or reinstall the OneNote desktop app (formerly called “OneNote 2016”), do the following: Download OneNote. ・Shortcut to search OneNote by date. Being able to use keyboard shortcuts for various operations is a strength of OneNote. Also, when there are a lot of notebooks, there are many instances where one needs to search within OneNote. Therefore, please add these ways to operate OneNote. Update: Microsoft will be moving away from UserVoice sites on a product-by-product basis throughout the 2021 calendar year. We will leverage 1 st party solutions for customer feedback. We have partnered with UserVoice. Please add a feature into OneNote whereby, once a page has been distributed to student folders from the content. OneNote online, OneNote for Mac, and OneNote for Windows all need to have the same set of features. IMHO this is even more important than having identical UIs. Ideally this feature set and UI experience would match versions from the mid 2010s, those ones had the best way of displaying your notebooks/pages/etc. In a way that didn't waste huge.

From your Office app, select .. in the top right corner. Then, select Help & Feedback from the list.
Uservoice Onenote Online
You can give feedback directly within the app by going to the backstage view (the view you see when you first open the app that lets you open a file or create a new one), tapping your username at the top right, and selecting Settings. Once you're in the settings window, scroll down towards the bottom and select Send Feedback.
