Magsteps, the original Nikken magnetic insoles, were the very first product that Nikken had when they started out in Japan in March of 1975 and they have been offering them ever since. Many companies have tried to duplicate what Nikken has created with the Magsteps. Only one other magnetic insole comes close to them, and maybe surpasses them, and that’s Nikken’s new mSteps and mStrides.

What’s New in Nikken Magnetic Insoles?

Sometimes the magnetic nodes crack and break in the Kenko mSteps and mStrides. Instead of having to replace the whole pair of insoles, you can now replace just the broken magnet. The replacement magnets come in packs of 10.

Why these magnetic insoles?

Some companies have tried to compete by offering magnetic insoles with a handful of magnets around the outside edge and maybe a few in the center. They create an uneven magnetic field. Nikken’s magnetic insoles, the mSteps, mStrides and Magsteps provide an even magnetic coverage across the entire surface of the insole.

App script flow. When your feet hurt, your whole body knows it. But you can be relaxed and comfortable even if you’re on your toes all day, thanks to Nikken insoles.

Nikken introduced the original Magsteps® in 1975 — the company’s first product. The textured surface was inspired by the pebbles found underfoot in Japanese public baths, known to produce a stimulating and energizing sensation. In the insoles, this was combined with magnetic technology, another ancient principle. Today Magsteps® are in shoes all over the world.

I think the mSteps and mStrides are are going to be even more popular and beneficial.

Can magnetic insoles really help?

Yes they can. As Nikken’s description said, when you feet hurt, your whole body knows it.

Have you heard of reflexology? In reflexology they have mapped all of the parts of the body onto the bottom of the foot. When you go to a reflexologist for a treatment, they will work on areas of your feet to address anything that you have going on. Headaches, sinus problems, aches and pains, it’s all right there on the bottom of your feet.

When you wear Nikken magnetic insoles in your shoes, the magnetic fields from those insoles will stimulate all of those points. If those insoles have bumps, like the mSteps, then your feet are stimulated physically as well as energetically.

I won’t go so far as to say that wearing Nikken insoles is the same as reflexology, but some of the benefits are similar.

Two Types of Magnetic Insoles

Nikken insoles come in two varieties. mSteps are a thin magnetic insole that fits easily into your shoes. When you get these magnetic insoles, you will notice that one side has small bumps and the other does not.

If you are familiar with Nikken’s older insoles, the mSteps are comparable to the Magsteps, but with much smaller bumps. I’ll be honest, I miss the bumps. Many people didn’t like the bumps, so the mSteps will be much better for more people.

The mStrides are thicker than the mSteps to provide more cushion and have replaced the old Magstrides. No bumps on these magnetic insoles.
